CASTING ALLOYS
Our sustainable aluminium casting alloys are mainly used in the automotive sector, in decorative elements and in electrical and anodized applications. In order to meet the increasingly complex requirements of our customers, our primary and secondary aluminum is produced according to both standard and individual customer requirements in the highest quality with low CO2 emissions..
Our secondary alloys are produced using both pre- and post-consumer scrap and enable us to supply our customers in a closed loop. Through the use of recycled aluminum and production based on electricity from renewable energy sources, we are making our contribution to a sustainable and climate-friendly future in the world of aluminum.
As we obtain our aluminum from various certified sources, we can offer our customers a wide variety of alloys in different specifications and ingot and bundle weights and dimensions. We offer our alloys as molded and continuous castings.
Our portfolio of primary alloys includes several variants of AlSi7(Mg), AlSi9(Mg), AlSi10(Mn)Mg, AlSi11 and AlSi12 as well as conductive pure aluminum (99.7) in the small 8 kg ingot form.
In the secondary sector, we offer you not only standard alloys such as 226, 230, 231, 233, 235 and 239, but also special alloys such as AlZn10Si8Mg and other special alloys.
Our warehouses in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and at various locations in Germany enable us to supply our customers with a wide range of batch sizes from one stack to full truckloads at short notice with the help of long-standing logistics partners.
MMG supplies casting alloys with ingot weights from 7 kg to 22 kg and stack weights from 500 kg to 1,200 kg.
