Whether according to EN specifications or as customer-specific solutions, MMG supplies round billets for various applications and is happy to develop customized solutions for highly demanding applications together with you if needed. We can draw on our years of experience as a supplier of billets for direct, indirect, or hydrostatic extrusion and bring this expertise into joint development work.

MMG has also been active for many years in supplying forging pre-material or round billets for other mechanical processing methods. The material supply for our own forging plant, MFT Kft, is organized and managed in-house, including both soft and high-strength alloys.

In addition to the supply of primary products, we also offer extrusion billets made from recycled process and/or end-of-life scrap. As part of conversion models up to closed-loop variants, customer scrap is systematically upgraded and returned to the material cycle in a resource-efficient manner. The associated planning, logistics, consulting, and execution are also part of our offering.

The extended range of services offered by MMG includes optional turning of the cast skin, ultrasonic testing of the billets, and heat treatments at various stages.

MMG supplies round billets with diameters up to 870 mm and a maximum length of 6,500 mm.
